The Sales Rep Scorecard application is the quickest and easiest way to get your sales rep reporting done. It organizes all of your data by sales rep so that you can track all your KPIs by rep or by team. Read about Sales Rep Scorecard benefits on the Rekener website.
The dashboard is a quick way to get insights into performance by rep of multiple metrics. You can configure the screen to show data at the sales team level, as well as breakouts of metrics by rep.
Under the Data menu, choosing Reps will display a list of all the Reps you are currently tracking in the Sales Rep Scorecard app. You can view metrics from any time period for these reps. You can bring in any metrics to view for these reps, and also save and open layouts. Layouts allow you to save particular combinations of metrics for quick access. For example, you can create one layout with just the metrics you want for your BDR scorecard, and another with metrics for an AE scorecard.
Under the data menu, going to Teams brings you to an overview of all the teams you've set up. Teams allow you to bucket sales reps together. You can bucket reps by their sales team, role, manager or arbitrarily choosing the reps you would want to group together. You can also group reps by performance, such as grouping all reps that are over 100% of quota for this quarter. Learn more about groups here:
Reports allow you to save any set of data to be viewed later. For instance, you could save a dashboard view of a sales team's performance over time. Or save a report which compares the performance of 5 teams this quarter.
