The Group Details page shows summary information from one of your groups. It is useful for understanding what is happening with a group of accounts, particularly if you are running an experiment against that group. You can track results over time to see if metrics are moving in the right direction. You can get to the Group Details page by clicking on the name of any Group, and clicking the "Detail" button in the menu.
Metrics at the top of the page
- You can edit the metrics that show up in any of the component boxes by clicking the Options button above the component box and clicking "Edit Metrics"
- You can also change the order in which those metrics display by clicking the Options button above the component box and clicking "Sort Metrics"
- When you have adjusted the metrics that are displayed on the page, you can open the Options button on any of the component boxes, and click "Save as..." to save a custom layout of the page.
- This will save all of the metrics and their order on all of the component boxes on the screen.
- To open a previously saved page layout, click the Options button above any component box, click "Open..." and choose which layout you would like to open.
- Adjusting the date range at the top of the screen will change the data for any of the Time Series metrics that are displayed.
- For information about Time Series metrics, see this article on Creating Metrics
Bookings by Product section
- The Bookings by Product section shows a table of metrics associated with your product line items from Salesforce.
- You can click the "More..." button at the bottom of this table to see these metrics on a full page.
- The timeframe for the metrics in the Bookings by Product section is controlled by the date range at the top of the screen.
Graph at the bottom of the page
- The graph at the bottom of the page is controlled by the date range below that graph.
- You can change the series that are displayed on the graph, and add more series to the graph to see more metrics.
- Only Time Series metrics can be pulled into the graph.
- For information about Time Series metrics, see this article on Creating Metrics
- Toggles
- You can also use the toggles next to each series to choose whether to graph each metric cumulatively.
- You can choose whether you want all metrics to be shown on the same scale (useful when comparing similar metrics, like New Bookings vs Upsell Bookings, but not useful when comparing very different metrics, like Bookings vs Leads Created).
- You can choose which date grouping to use for the x-axis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Annually)
